We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, unused condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.

  • In-store: Visit any Top Street Fashion location.
  • By Mail: Follow the instructions below to return by mail.

Return by Mail Instructions: If you cannot visit a Top Street Fashion location, you can return the item by mail. We recommend using USPS or UPS for safe delivery.

  1. Include a copy of the original receipt. If the receipt is unavailable, a gift card will be issued for the return.
  2. Add a note detailing your exchange or return request (e.g., size, color).
  3. Provide your contact information, including phone and email.

Return Label:

  • You can download and print the return label directly from our website.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Only new items are accepted.
  • No restocking fee will be applied.
  • Return shipping is free of charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items. We will address the issue promptly.
